First and second chair trial experience in cases involving complex commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, transportation, construction, oil field services, maritime, scuba diving, property, and legal and professional malpractice. First chair at mediations, arbitrations and private settlement conferences

Investigate, evaluate and successfully negotiate resolution of pre-litigation disputes, to maximize the possiblity of avoiding costly litigation. 

Writes and argues all motions necessary to the litigation. Responsible for all written discovery and depositions in cases.

Responsible for all hearings and motion practice for cases.

Represent the Houston Airport Systems at Class II administrative hearings.

Responsible for all client communications and case evaluations for the self-insured and insurance companies.
